I have enjoyed teaching students at a variety of ages, skills, and abilities. I have had the opportunity to teach in the classroom setting, on the mountain as a ski instructor, on the water as a sailing instructor, and across a variety of settings.

While at The Center for Wooden Boats, I worked with multiple interns through Teens in Public Service, Gibson Ek Big Picture High School (Issaquah), and multiple City of Seattle initiative programs. Working with interns was one of my favorite responsibilities. Together, interns and I would figure out an area of interest for a project, discuss/coordinate with different departments, and execute the project. Projects included developing a promotional video for summer programs, curating a maritime art exhibit, and evaluating/redesigning parts of the field trip programming.

Youth Connect Theatre (YCT) is a theatre production organization that my best friend and I created. It was meant to provide affordable arts education to all, but specifically elementary school students (k-6th grade).

YCT operated under Farmer Frog & Farmer Frog Studios.
